Bengaluru, October 28, 2025: TJSB Sahakari Bank Ltd., one of Indias leading multi-state cooperative banks, today announced the opening of its 160th branch at Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru, further strengthening its presence in South India. This new branch marks TJSBs fourth branch in Bengaluru and seventh in Karnataka, underlining the Banks strategic focus on expanding its network to serve a wider base of customers with personalized and trusted cooperative banking solutions. The other branches in Karnataka are located at Jayanagar (known as Bengaluru Branch), Indira Nagar, Rajaji Nagar, Belgaum, Hubli and Karwar.
Founded in 1972, TJSB Sahakari Bank has evolved from a single branch in Thane, Maharashtra, into a robust financial institution serving customers across Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh. Over the decades, the Bank has combined the values of cooperative banking with modern digital infrastructure to deliver reliable and customer-centric financial services.
Reflecting its strong financial performance, TJSB crossed a business mix of ₹23,000 crore as of March 2025 and reported a net profit exceeding ₹185 crore for FY 2024–25.
