The book was officially inaugurated today by S.D. Shibulal, Chairman of Tamara Leisure Experiences, during a launch ceremony held at the organization’s headquarters at the Verandah Boutique Lounge in Bengaluru and w delivered the opening remarks and presented the first copy to Shruti Shibulal.
Having spent over three decades with the Taj Group and held executive operational roles across India, Zambia, and Sri Lanka, Mathew applies his long-cultivated expertise in reading human behavior and organizational dynamics to the natural environment. The World Is Carried Within features 18 essays paired with original wildlife photography captured by the author across Coorg, Nagarahole, Gokarna, and Bentota. Rather than offering traditional corporate frameworks, each piece uses wildlife observations—from the movement of a Coorg snail to the behavior of a Stork-billed Kingfisher—as a catalyst for broader reflection on human nature, leadership, and personal awareness.
