ABB India Expands Educational Programs in Karnataka Schools - thisweekindia

ABB India announced the expansion of its educational programs to reach 148 government schools and 10,000 students in Peenya and Nelamangala. This initiative supports inclusive education and environmental awareness.

Two Programs:

STEM Awareness & Foundational Literacy and Numerical Skills Program: This program equips students with scientific concepts, literacy, numeracy, and hands-on learning experiences. It is run in partnership with Sikshana Foundation.

Paryavaran Mitra Program (to be launched): This program focuses on environmental sustainability and will involve eco-friendly activities. It is a collaboration with the Centre for Environment Education (CEE).

Program Impact:

Initial programs in Nelamangala have increased student awareness and bridged the gap in scientific understanding.

Teachers have received training and resources to effectively deliver the programs.
