Bangalore 16th Nov 2022: Shruthi is studying 5thStd at Capitol Public School, JP Nagar, Bangalore, she has raised around INR one lakh thirty thousand through selling her paintings to support children her age.

Shruthi is an abstract painter who started drawing at the age of 5 yrs.During the Covid-19 lockdown, she started painting every day and tried many new styles including acrylic paintings, Mandala Art, Embossed paintings, Warli art, modern art etc. In 2021, with the help of an NGO, she raised around INR 30000/- and donated to the ashram to meet the children’s needs which motivated her to raise more to support many children.

The rotary clubextended support to sell her 150+ paintings through various exhibitions and raisedINR One lakh. Rotary Club and Shruthi would like to hand over the cheque for the welfare of cancer-affected children at Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Bangalore, Karnataka on the occasion of International Children’s Day – 14th Nov 2022.
