6th Edition of Max Kids Festival kick started with big fanfare

April 25th , 2017, Bangalore: India’s leading fashion brand, Max Fashion kick started the sixth edition of the highly awaited Max Kids’ Fest across the country today. Max has also associated with Disney, most favourite brand among kids, to come out with specially designed “Cars” merchandise during its summer collection. To make this even more exciting, it had invited India’s biggest and most popular kid’s icon “ROB” who conducted an exciting and fun filled DIY upcycling workshop for about 200 kids at the ‘Max Kids Festival’ in Bangalore today.

Rob of “Madstuff with Rob” fame conducted a 90 minutes workshop, teaching the kids toco-create various objects like POP Beatles, Foam Stamps and Shark Pop Up Cardand waste bin made from used pet bottles.

Theincredible workshop which ignited the creativity of the young minds enabledthem to learn something new, expedient and fun. One could easily witness howRob’s young fans eagerly followed his instructions, deftly mixed colours andthen laughed and clapped in delight as they saw their favourite artist teachthem exciting DIY craft activities.

ROB, whohas been working with children for over a decade, says, “Today’s kids are intelligentand are tomorrow’s thought leaders. Its important for us to teachthem the concept of “Upcycling”. Its about creating something new , useful andof higher value using discarded objects. I think this festival is one of akind, because it’s not easy to find a platform where children get anopportunity to learn and have fun together.  I really thank Max Fashionfor being so encouraging and supportive to the kids around the country.”
