Amazon.in launches Customer Service support in Kannada

Bangalore, January 17, 2017,: Amazon.in has launched voice support for customers in Kannada. Customers can now speak to Amazon customer service associates in Kannada through the ‘Direct Dial’ number and ‘Contact Us’ options on Amazon.in. In addition to Kannada, languages like English, Hindi and few more Indian languages can also be selected as preferred language.

Amazon.in is constantly focused on improving thecustomer experience and has launched this service to ensure that the customersare comfortable when talking to Amazon Customer Service associates. With thelaunch of Kannada, Amazon.in has received a lot of positive feedback fromcustomers. Once a customer clicks on the ‘Contact Us’ tab, he/she can selectthe language from the drop down option and provide their contact number, afterwhich a Kannada speaking CSA will call back the customer and help with theirquery. The service on Indian languages is available for customers between 08:00AMto 12:00AM during a day.
