Avtar group invites nominations from companies for the 4th Edition of BCWI
Chennai, 26th February 2019: India’s D&I pioneer Avtar group jointly with Working Mother, a celebrated global gender parity champion, invite nominations from companies for the 4th Edition of its flagship survey property Best Companies for Women in India (BCWI). With an addition to its existing format, the study will also aim to showcase workplace policies and programs that address other strands of inclusion through its new Most Inclusive Companies in India (MICI) index.
The Best Companies for Women in India study has seen three successful runs in India -- 2016, 2017 and 2018. The study eventually lists and showcases 100 best companies for women in India, with a special spotlight on the Top 10 Best companies. The study, over the past three years, has evolved to become corporate India’s most comprehensive gender analytics exercise. The previous three editions of the study saw a participation of over 350 companies every year, with millions of data points, over a hundred benchmarking reports and three inspiring alphabetical lists of the 100 Best and Top 10 Companies for Women in India.
