I hope NGT moves to hold the governmentofficials accountable”
SridharPabbisetty, CEO, Namma Bengaluru Foundations said “We welcome NGT taking noteof the blatantly wrong BBMP circular that was trying to create"loopholes" for builders with Lakeside projects. We have protestedthe Urban Development departments very strange legal interpretation tocircumvent of the NGTs order of May 4, 2016 in the Bellandur Lake Encroachment.
We lookforward to the courts intervention to foil yet another attempt to circumventthe NGT order. BBMP has secretly orchestrated a way out to advantage the"welfare" of the developers/builders in Bengaluru, but the Citizensand NBF are determined to stop the run of this vested nexus of officials’ andbuilders that are destroying Namma Bengaluru”
