Being hosted from 12th to 18th November 2018, The Lantern at The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore, will open its doors for all the Chinese food lovers to experience a feast enriched with spices and flavours straight from the kitchens of China.

Bangalore’s favorite uber luxury Chinese restaurant, The Lantern, is celebrating The Chinese Festival, as Malaysian Chef Kevin Chow Chee Meng arrives in the city to give Bangaloreans an authentic Chinese taste.

Chef Kevin Chow Chee Meng is an expert of traditional Cantonese Cuisine, Modern Chinese, Sichuan Cuisine and Authentic Chinese. He comes with over 25 years of professional experience in Chinese cooking and perfecting culinary skills across London, Indonesia and Singapore.

The Menu will comprise of signature Chinese dishes including Mocha Chocolate Kurobuta Pork, Pan Seared Australian RIB EYE, Baby Rack Lamb, Chicken Rendang, Corn Fed Spring Chicken, Home-Made Beancurd and many more.
