CREDAI Karnataka to Launch CREDAI Online Property Portal at Youth Next Conclave in Belgaum
Bangalore, 19th May, 2017: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), Karnataka chapter is all set to launch a members-only online property portal at the upcoming Youth Next Conclave inaugural session on the 19th May 2017 in Belgaum. This marketing portal has been designed and developed by CREDAI-Karnataka and will feature projects of all members of CREDAI, along with all of the information related to their projects. Customers will be able to interact with individual builders to clarify doubts and to understand projects better.
Speaking on the launch of this portal, Mr. Jagdeesh Babu,President, CREDAI-Karnataka says, “This portal has been developed byCREDAI-Karnataka and is the first of its kind for the body. The idea is tolaunch this at the state level for now and possibly take up the initiative atan all-India level at a little later stage”.
Elaborating on the need for a marketing portal of thisnature, Mr. Nagaraj Reddy, Chairman, CREDAI-Karnataka says, “We believed thatit would be a good idea to have a singular portal that has all the projects ofour members on a single platform. This will help potential customers not onlyfrom India, but also abroad look for projects that suit their needs and makeenquiries directly with the builder”.
Speaking on the benefits of this portal, Mr. Suresh Hari,Secretary, CREDAI-Bengaluru and Chairman CREDAI Homes Portal says, “Since thiswill be a portal that has only CREDAI projects and members showcased on it, itbecomes a single platform of quality products and simplifies a potential homebuyer’s research process. We have tried to minimize cluttering ofbrowsing space and at the same time give relevant information ofmembers project. Members micro sites will be accessible. Alsovisitor to the site can contact accessed members directly for negotiationand closure”.
