Grammy® Winner Ricky Kej Performs in Delhi for World Environment Day
New Delhi, June 5th 2018: Grammy® Award Winner and Conservationist Ricky Kej performed to a spellbound audience in Delhi during the worldwide celebrations of World Environment Day hosted by India, Government of India partnered with the United Nations Environment.
Ricky Kejperformed Music from his latest Album ‘Shanti Samsara – WorldMusic for Environmental Consciousness’. The album launched by our PMNarendra Modi and the President of FranceFrancois Hollande in the presence of World Leadersat the United Nations Climate Change Conference, Paris COP21 hasalready gained immense popularity world-over reaching out to millions of fans.
Ricky Kejalong with his ensemble of over 25 musicians from across the globe with theirmesmerizing World Music for Environmental Consciousness, enthralled the largeaudiences at the Vigyan Bhavan and Taj Durbar Hall on June 4th &5th. These concerts were a Global Symphonic Experience forthe first time in Delhi, with 3 InternationalGrammy® Award Musicians from South Africa, USA, India and otherrenowned artists from across the country. World Leaders, Centre & StateMinisters, top United Nations officials, Bureaucrats, Delegates and the entirepublic gathered in the capital witnessed this spectacular audio visual musicalcelebration.
