IILD, the trendsetting MSME Training Company forays into South Opens office at Hyderabad
Hyderabad, October 12, 2017. Indian Institute of Learning and Development, a leading name in MSME businessmen coaching in India has opened a new office in Hyderabad. Addressing a press conference here in city at Park Hyatt, Pravin Daryani, CMD of the company we chose Hyderabad among other cities in South because of the good ecosystem prevailing here. Soon we will expand to Vijayawada, Bangalore and Kerala, he informed.
Ourexpansion in South is a step closer for the company in achieving its mission ofassisting more than 1000 MSMEs achieve 50% growth in this financial yearending March 31st, 2018 through its training programmes.IILD's endeavour is to bring revolution in the learning and developmentindustry and become a Rs 1000,Cr company by 2025.Our current turnover is Rs 50/- crore, Daryani informed.We have currently 8 offices, 250 staff. Our business MSME coaching and consulting.We have trained 16,500 individuals, including 8500 entrepreneurs acrossdifferent verticals such as manufacturing, Engineering, Automobile, Healthcare,Capital Goods, Electronics, Garments amongst other, he stated.IILD training comes with implementation services which are built into thelearning and development model the company follows, Daryani informed.We have trained 50 MSMEs in Hyderabad so far and hope to train more. Besidestraining and implementation services, we help them get resources and assurethem guaranteed 30% growth in their turnover during the two year trainingperiod.Today entrepreneurs have challenges such as competition, Technology, Sales,improper finance management, unorganised way of doing business and they arejust one man army entities. They are mostly entrepreneurial driven. We helpthem solve this problem, Daryani informed.The training happens 12 times and implementation 36 times in two years, headdedMSMEs suffer due to poor payment recovery mechanism prevailing in the country.And Daryani wants government to come out with strict laws in this regard
