N A Haris Foundation Job Fair Concludes by Providing 950 jobs

Bangalore, 24 July 2017: The massive job fair conducted by N A Haris Foundation in partnership with Aahana Systems and Solutions Pvt Ltd has come to successful end by providing xxxx job opportunities to participants. The fair was organized at the Mudtank BBMP Grounds at Richmond Town in Bangalore. The event was inaugurated by Shantinagar MLA, N A Haris and his father, renowned social worker and entrepreneur N A Mohammed in the presence of local leaders and other dignitaries

Speakingon the occasion, MLA of Shantinagar, N A Haris said “This is a one of the manyinitiatives that is very close to all of us at the N A Haris foundation. Todayour youth are faced with a situation where they are struggling to find jobs andsupport their families. Our honorable Prime Minister had promised job creationas a prominent point in his election manifesto. There is no doubt that he hasfailed miserably in fulfilling this promise, just like he has failed to fulfillany other promise he had made. On the other hand we at the N A Haris foundationare trying our level best to get this opportunity and create a platform for theyouth”

Adding Hesaid “ In the  coming days we are planning to organize a much larger eventwhere people from across the state can come and find jobs. We are in talks withthe state government and other potential partners to make a collaborativeeffort to organize this event. We will have both national and internationalcompanies participate in this. The target of the next fair is to create 25,000jobs for people from across all walks of life. We think it is key that thisconnect between employers and potential employees are made. We have had a lotof queries from retired defense officials to arrange for some suitableopportunities for them too. We are looking to take this initiative up in ournext project and provide them a platform to find suitable jobs in case they areinterested”

The job fairthat just concluded saw participation of more than 5000 people who are fromvarious educational backgrounds. The majority of participants were from 10thstd,ITI, Diploma and JOC trained, a few of them were also from engineering, bankingand finance backgrounds. Big Bazaar, Reliance Digitals and Hinduja GlobalSolutions were the biggest hires at the event and collectively hired 950 participants.Salaries for these participants varied from 1.50 Lakhs Per annum to 4.20 LakhsPer annum.  

This jobfair was organized by N A Haris Foundation under the leadership of MohammedHaris Nalapad, The General Secretary of Bangalore Youth Congress and AhanaSystems and Solutions (P) Ltd.
