Polycab targets Rs 10,000 crore revenue by 2020
Bengaluru, July 28, 2017: Polycab, India’s largest wire and cable producer aims to achieve revenues of about Rs 10,000 crore by 2020 compared to its current revenues of Rs 6,500 crore. To achieve this, the company has embarked on strategy of expanding customer and distribution network and introducing new products to add to its already large product basket. Polycab has already invested in state of the art manufacturing facilities capable to achieve this goal.

As part ofthe strategy, Polycab introduced its new product ‘GREEN CABLE’. Theproduct has set a benchmark by complying with the RoHS standards (Restrictionof Hazardous Substances), a European Union directive norm, by European Union on1st July, 2006.
With thelaunch of ‘Green Cables’, the company also aims to contribute towards India’scommitment to ‘Go Green’.
