The 6th Annual Convocation of Desh Bhagat University was graced by Padmashree AwardeeShri H R Shah, Chief Minister of Sikkim, Shri Pawan Kumar, who himself received the honor, along with members of the University including the Hon’ble Chancellor, Pro-Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor and Vice President.
