And all the men and women merely players...' - Shakespeare
Taking inspiration from the legend himself, we; A Group of Theatre Professionals, Theatre Lovers got down the streets of Namma Bengalooru on 27th March 2019, and walked along with acts, music, dance and various other performances to celebrate and spread the message of 'World Theatre Day'!
Keeping in sync with the 'Theme' of World Theatre Day, the Group aspired at circulation of the message - 'Theatre for Cultural Peace and Community Building'. This was achieved through various programs: singing along theatre songs, quoting famous theatre dialogues, enacting skit and to enthrall, educate the public with acts that tell stories important to our time!
- A social awareness act that divulged on the changing scenarios of our neighbourhood as well as the 'Impact' on environment, ecosystems, biodiversity, and naturalresources caused directly/indirectly by humans, like global warming, environmental degradation was artistically portrayed.

What started off as a unique celebration of the DAY since 3 years and with jst 3 members, (Theatre Practitioners - ChandraKeerthi, Brunda, Vasuki Vaibhav) is growing on every passing year with the goal to educate and bring in more people to Theatre.
As we recognize the positive impact that public have to their communities, this march - "United, We Walk-Along", is a time for all of Us, young and old alike to come together to celebrate World Theatre Day and also raise an awareness around tough issues concerning socio, political, environmental, community etc...to create a path for Peace, Harmony, Positive growth and togetherness in society/city.
