YAUATCHA INDIA CELEBRATES THE ART OF DIM SUM
Esteemed dim sum restaurant Yauatcha, will be launching an exclusive menu in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata to showcase the flavours, delicate artistry and culinary mastery of their signature offering - dim sum. This menu includes the Art of Dim Sum platter, featuring four different dim sum including the steamed Chicken and water chestnut dumpling, the vegetarian Olive crystal dumpling, the fried Crispy prawn dumpling and the Roasted duck pumpkin puff. Accompanied by a pot of Chinese tea or a premium beer, the Art of Dim Sum platter is priced at 1488/-**and will be available to share between two people
The Art of Dim Sum a la carte menu alsohighlights a selection of dim sum exclusive to Yauatcha, such as the Spicy hargau, a plump and meaty prawn-filled dim sum inspired by the popular pleated hargau dumpling, and the Crispy prawn cheung fun, a marriage of textures in a ricenoodle roll.Originating thousands of years ago in Guangdong, China, dim sum has evolvedinto a gastronomic experience now enjoyed across the world. With complex dishesthat are notoriously difficult to make, chefs spend years honing their dim sumskills and becoming masters of their craft.Each dim sum is intricately prepared using a range of techniques. Every dish isunique, from sweet and succulent prawns encased in crunchy, buttery pastry totender chicken and crunchy water chestnuts in translucent dumpling skins.The limited edition Art of Dim Sum menu created by Chef Wang Yixuan will beavailable at Yauatcha Bengaluru from 23rd August 2017.
