Speaking about the same, Suniel shares, “India is a countrythat gave Yoga to the world. I am a firm believer and follower of Yoga and Ifeel Pranayam which is a simple breathing exercise helps you lead a verydifferent life. I was hit by a severe attack of migraine and no medication workedfor me. It was then that I took up Yoga and it changed my life completely. So Ithink Yoga is the answer to any ailment.”

It means being healthy – mentally and physically.I have come to an age where I think doing what you like is important. You don’thave to hit a gym; you can walk, run or cycle. Also I am very disciplinedtowards my fitness regime. I practice yoga for an hour every day and 4 days aweek I do physical training. I use stairs and walk as much as possible. I amalso very particular about the food that I eat. I am teetotaller which helpsme. I don’t use any protein shakes, steroids or supplements. Its only purehome-cooked food for me.”
