Bangalore, 24 November 2024: Ashoka Innovators for the Public, which supports the world’s largest network of social entrepreneurs, has organised a 2 day convening to bring key senior leaders from social entrepreneurship, business and academia. Ashoka is bringing some of the key leaders already part of its network along with few leaders beyond its current network on 23rd and 24th November, 2024.

The 2 day event brings together entrepreneurs from various organizations and experience for two-day meetings over the weekend to learn together, share challenges and discuss best practices. The meetings focus on the most important responsibilities of a leader and help members share ideas, questions and perspectives in a setting with peers who understand the overall entrepreneurial journey. Members learn to leverage their time, expertise and knowledge to a high degree of impact.
The event will have a roundtable and one on one conversations that includes:
- Peer-to-peer learning through discussion, interaction, and the sharing of experiences that allow participants to learn from each other’s achievements and work
- Mapping potential partners and collaborators who are important for building a larger societal framework
The participants will bring learned leadership principles to business cases from their own organizations or select business cases. The group will also develop an action plan for implementation. The continuity and reinforcement of each meeting enriches learning and builds lasting changes and relationships.
This select group of high-level leaders will work together, think creatively, and build their business and themselves.
The outcome of the event is expected to start building a team of like minded individuals who are committed to create a society where Everyone could be a changemaker.
