Racing needs a high level of fitness including a lot of stamina and muscle strength to be able to perform through the entire race. I exercise on a daily basis and undertake strength training. My family has been my biggest support system throughout this journey. My peer group at school constantly support me with my academics which in turn helps me focus on my sport. I strongly believe racing is a sport that teaches you precision, calculation, planning and execution,” says the star racer Rohaan.
