Hyderabad, 09, June, 2021: Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas & Steel dedicated the Compressed bio gas station of IOCL at Masab Tank Service Station, Attapur through Virtual mode to Nation along with two more from Karnataka and Punjab recently.
Three CBG plants too dedicated to Nation in this Occasion Honble Minster has launched www.satat.co.in; “SATAT – Sustainable Alternative Towards Affordable Transportation” this innovative initiative is aimed at providing a developmental effort that would benefit both vehicle-users as well as farmers and entrepreneurs. MoU has been signed among PSU Oil Marketing Companies IndianOil, HPCL, BPCL, GAIL and Bhagyanagar Gas Limited on cooperating each other and supporting the potential entrepreneurs to set up compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) production plants and make available CBG in the market for use in automotive fuels. Along with the hon’ble inister top officials from ministry of PNG & Steel, Chairman of IOCL Mr.S M Vaidhya, Chairman of HPCL, Chairman BPCL, Sr VP GAIL and M.D BGL are present among others through a Virtual Mode.
This occasion was graced by Executive Director & State Head TS & AP of IOCL Mr. R S S Rao, CGM Retail Sales (TAPSO) Mr. Anil Kumar participated from Hyderabad along with Shri K S Venu Gopal Divisional Sales Head of Secunderabad Divisional Office at the ground. This Compressed Bio-Gas is compatible for all CNG vehicles as a perfect alternative to CNG with much promising benefits like good mileage and environmental friendly too as quoted by Shri R S S Rao – IOCL.
