Dilip Rajan, Chief Strategy Officer and former Managing Director for India has been recognized as one of India’s Best Leaders in Times of Crisis 2021 by Great Place to Work India.
“I am humbled to receive this recognition,” says Dilip Rajan, “but the real heroes are the East-West Seed India team members. They always kept going, in the face of adversity, to ensure farmers had a steady supply of quality vegetable seeds to produce food during these trying times.”
Great Place to Work India conducted a special study to gain insight into the various ways organizations dealt with the VUCA environment intensified by the pandemic. They further validated the study with employees through a detailed survey. 75 leaders across sectors were recognized for their exemplary leadership during this pandemic. 25 of them are from mid-size organizations (between 100-500 employees).
