Bengaluru: 10th May 2022. For the past 27 years, Bhurani Real Estate has been one of Bengaluru’s leading Real Estate consultants. Santosh Bhurani, the MD and creator of Bhurani Real Estate, began his career in 1995 with a modest start. He discussed the ups and downs of his path as well as the future of real estate in an interview with TWI.
Bishop Cotton’s meek and ordinary pupil Mr. Santosh recalls his boyhood in this manner. His life was changed by a leadership training program called MILT that he attended because of the influence of his mother. He worked for a few companies after graduating from MES College. One of them was selling Telephone Answering machines drawing a salary of Rs. 600/- pm, he realized that selling was hard and one really had to sweat it hard. His family had a very popular boutique, Galaxy Tailors with over 30 tailors working for them. He then joined his family business for 5 years till the time he was joined by other family members.
Mr. Bhurani had a dream of achieving something on his own. This was the time in 1995 he ventured into Real Estate and realized that his passion was in networking. Since then it has been a long and amazing journey. He has seen five recessions and says that real estate is always the survival of the fittest and not giving up at any point of time.
In his early years, he worked very closely with couple of builders and his success story with Mantri Developers was a monumental achievement. He later proceeded to work with many leading developers of India procuring large land parcels for them on Sale and Joint Development and has also won many awards and recognitions for highest sales. Mr. Bhurani likes to understand the client’s needs rather than offering them what’s available on his plate. “Whether you have 3 lakhs, 30 lakhs, 3 crores, or 300 crores to invest we will offer you the best option and we understand the value of our client’s hard-earned money.” Mr. Bhurani told about his approach to dealing with clients and affordability.
Speaking about Real Estate being a good investment he said, “I still think gold and property are the best options. The sense of possessing something and the ability to see and feel it gives huge joy.” Mr. Bhurani told that BNI which is the World’s Largest Referral Organization helped him in the last 13 years to generate great business and his client’s referrals helped him to build this successful business. “Business is not only about making money it is also about building the relationship. My achievement is not the accolade but the trust of my clients.” Mr. Bhurani’s told about doing business.
