As, per the law in India, it is mandatory to verify a tenant and employees through the police, the Founder and CEO of TenantVerify.in, Mr. Anuj Jain, took the initiative to educate people on getting their tenants, maids, and other employees working in a residential society, verified. He began his first operation on 1 st October 2020 in Bangalore. The journey so long has been successful in profiling the motives of the company in educating people for hiring employees. Currently, TenantVerify is scheduled to expand wings in many parts of Bangalore. Their three months plan is to launch TenantVerify.in, in cities like Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai and gradually expand as pan- India. Tenantverify.in aims to verify anyone coming to work in a house or a society. For example, a security guard, a maid, a servant, a domestic helper, a housekeeper, a teacher, and so on.
The procedure for verifying the documents of the clients includes three main steps. The first report proceeds by checking all the Id’s given by the applicants. It is a must to match the conditions as stipulated by tenantverify. The company examines if the candidate has any cases in any form, like a criminal case, civil case, or FIR in India, through every E-Court. This procedure undergoes for 24 hours. The second procedure includes a credit check, to confirm if a candidate has any loan against him, or has been a defaulter. The third and the last procedure comprises of I’d check, court check, and police verification. The documents will be processed at the Police Verification Department, where the applicant will have to visit a police station, and sign on documents to obtain a certificate. This takes about ten working days.
The business model of Tenantverify.in is simple. It aims in collecting, producing, processing, & verifying the documents. It helps Police personnel, and applicants and make sure the process goes smooth and steady. It analyzes data and provides jobs based on it. He has met many scenario IPS officers across cities and has conducted events in police stations in the presence of RWS.
