Discounted log-in fees on home loan applications
Bengaluru, September 07, 2021: Welcoming the current festive season, ICICI Home Finance Company (ICICI HFC) has announced instant approval of home loans for all customers including interested home buyers who do not have ITR proof. Prospective home buyers visiting any of ICICI Home Finance’s three branches in Bengaluru on September 8 and 9, 2021 can get on-the-spot sanctions and avail special discounted log-in fees on their home loan application.
Skilled professionals such as carpenters, electricians, tailors, painters, welders, auto mechanics as well as small and medium sized business owners, Kirana shop owners from the informal segment of the economy can avail of ICICI HFC’s home loans by submitting a cancelled blank cheque, Pan card, Aadhar card and bank account statements of the past six months at the local ICICI Home Finance branch. Customers who have filed their ITR in recent times must bring ITR proof along with them to the ICICI HFC branch while seeking a loan. Customers can also avail gold loans without EMI through ICICI HFC’s one-time payment scheme, which allows them to pay the entire gold loan amount with interest rate at the end of loan tenure.
