After a tough and nail-biting match, the boys of CMR Institute of Technology Bangalore defeated PES University in the penalty shootout for 4-3 and emerged as the champions of the state-level Inter-collegiate tournament organized by BMSCE. The tournament showcased brilliant performances of more than 20 teams across the state and acted as a great comeback for them to the ground after the Covid crisis and challenges.
CMRIT boys marked their way to the final with unbeaten victories against SVCE (3-0) in the first round, East point (3-0) in the qualifying stage, and BMSCE (3-0) in the semi-final battle.
