Bengaluru, October 14, 2025: Magic Bus India Foundation, one of India’s leading NGOs in education and skilling, is driving a powerful shift in workforce readiness through its AI–Connect With Work (AI-CWW) programme in Bengaluru. By integrating transferable life and employability skills with AI literacy, the initiative equips underserved and first-generation learners with the confidence and capabilities to thrive in a rapidly evolving job market. Between April 2025 and March 2026, the programme will reach 7,200 youth participants in Bengaluru, 60% of whom are women, with each batch comprising an average of 45–50 participants.
The programme blends personal, professional, and future readiness through experiential learning methods such as group exercises, real-time feedback, daily badges, and use-case-based AI projects. Participants build communication, problem-solving, workplace, and financial literacy skills while mastering practical AI tools, prompt engineering, and ethical AI use. This structured, hands-on approach introduces key AI concepts and their real-world applications — including foundational AI technologies, responsible AI use, and productivity tools such as chatbots, language translation, and automation applications.
This integrated approach enables underserved and first-generation learners to navigate the changing job landscape with both confidence and competence. The AI-CWW initiative familiarizes youth with AI tools that enhance workplace productivity and efficiency without requiring deep technical expertise. Its vision is to prepare youth for an AI-integrated modern workplace.
Participants benefit from comprehensive job-readiness training, including mentorship, sector orientation, interview preparation, and placement support for customer-centric roles. Aligned with India’s evolving job landscape, the programme equips them for opportunities in key focus sectors such as BFSI, IT-ITeS, Logistics, and Telecom. Post-placement guidance further supports long-term employment retention and career growth. By building skills and confidence to make informed career and life choices, the initiative empowers youth to support their families, break the cycle of poverty, and become role models within their communities.
By combining AI literacy with life and employability skills, the AI-CWW programme represents a new model for inclusive workforce development. It goes beyond technical training, giving young people, especially women, the agency and tools to aspire, adapt, and thrive.
