Safety measures at the mall
To make sure our patrons experience safe and peaceful shopping, we have ensured that we have the best safety measures in place. The mall has been thoroughly sanitized, each customer and staff will be mandatorily checked for temperature before entering. There are thermal scanners which scan the body temperature and sanitizing footwear mats at the entry points, frequent sanitization of touch points. Only a limited number of customers will be allowed into the mall and inside lifts, escalators at a time. In accordance with global guidelines, social distancing will be mandatory, as will wearing masks by both customers and staff throughout their stay at the mall. Sanitizers have been placed at multiple locations and customers will be encouraged to use them regularly. Our staff too has been trained in enforcing these safety guidelines. In addition to their own safety, the staff & our individual retail outlets shall ensure that the guidelines are being followed across the mall.
Resuscitated Customer Engagement
We have also revived the ways of customer engagement through digitalization. A host of initiatives like contactless payments, contactless dining, contactless parking, curbside pickups have been introduced at the mall to curtail contamination risk. With these processes in place, we are positive and hopeful that the customers visiting the mall will feel safe and confident to do the things they love!
