Bengaluru, 20th July 2021 – Pitstop, India’s most trusted tech-enabled multi-brand car service provider, has announced the appointment of its new Chief Executive Officer – Services, as it prepares to move ahead with the next stage of growth.
Pitstop envisages FY 21/22 to be a period of hyper growth as lotmore customers are looking for safer, more reliable, and convenient car service options. The company achieved an average monthly growth of 40% in 2020. The biggest surge in its customer base came from women car owners, growing from a negligible level in early 2020 to close to 23% today. A significant portion of its customer base comes from the gated communities backed by IT Corridors. As part of its expansion plans, it aims to make a more homogeneous inroads across the cities where it has a significant presence.

Nihal was previously the Country General Manager at WeWork India and was responsible for the P&L, customer experience, and monetization in the region. An alumnus of the Indian School of Business and University of Michigan, he has more than a decade of experience in automotive, real estate and e-commerce.
