BENGALURU, December 6, 2024 — In a vibrant display of community spirit and inclusivity, Rotary Bangalore Midtown hosted the Mast Maja Carnival at Rangoli Garden, Jakkur. The day-long event was dedicated to 325 children, aged 9 to 12, hailing from migrant and village communities in Doddaballapur, providing them with a rare opportunity for joy, learning, and personal growth.
Designed to boost confidence and emotional well-being, the carnival featured a diverse lineup of activities tailored for the young attendees:
- Creative Arts: Engaging pottery sessions and a captivating magic show.
- Physical Vitality: High-energy fitness dance sessions and interactive team games.
- Cultural Connection: Traditional cultural performances and an educational village tour.
- Inspiration: Motivational talks aimed at fostering resilience and social skills.
To ensure a seamless experience, Rotary Bangalore Midtown provided full logistical support, including round-trip transport and nutritious meals (breakfast and lunch) for all participants.
Rtn Rajesh Shah, President of Rotary Bangalore Midtown, highlighted the project’s core mission:
