On the occasion of 39th Foundation Day of All India Marwari Yuva March Run for Unity- Manch Marathon was being organised all over India. In line with this, 3 branches of Bangalore viz Marwari Yuva March Bangalore, Bangalore Stars, Bangalore Central came together under same roof and organised 3K, 5K & 10K Marathon on a grand scale today at Decathlon, Sarjapura Road.
Over 500 members from various age groups ( 12-60 years) including male and females partcipated across different categories giving a strong message to the society and country. The run was flagged off by Chief Guest Mr. K Ramachandra ( DCP Control Room, Bangalore) along with presidents of 3 organising branches Ankit Modi , Rishav Saraf and Rohit Kedia.
All participants who successfully completed their run were awarded with medal, certificate and special goodie from Decathlon. First participant who completed run in all 3 categories , Mounika ( 3km), Mano Shankar ( 5km) and Dinesh Kumar (10kms) were awarded a special prize along with above accolodes.
