SANY India’s extensive new portfolio covers critical segments including Excavation, Hoisting, Mining, Heavy-Duty Electric Logistics, and Electric Forklifts. The entire line-up emphasizes precision engineering, digital intelligence, and eco-friendly performance. At EXCON 2025, the company will showcase an impressive total of 39 next-generation machines across construction, mining, lifting, and electric categories.
In alignment with the EXCON 2025 theme, “Chariots of Development – Every Man. Every Machine. Every Minute. Working Towards Viksit Bharat,” the SANY exhibit is conceptualized as a modern chariot corridor, symbolizing and celebrating India’s dynamic infrastructure growth journey.

Excavators: Productivity Meets Electrification
SANY is introducing its latest range of excavators, including the SY33C PRO, SY38U PRO, SY150C PRO, SY220C-9 XL SPARC+, and SY390C-10 HD GraMa+. These machines feature advanced hydraulics, enhanced fuel efficiency, and superior operator comfort, built for everything from urban development to high-capacity mining.
A highlight is the debut of two pioneering electric excavators:
SY215EP (21-ton Cable-Operated Electric Excavator): Powered by a 150 kW PMS motor, this machine delivers zero emissions and up to three times lower operating costs than diesel counterparts. It is purpose-built for applications like crusher feeding, port handling, and waste management within a 50–150 m radius.
SY375EP (38-ton Class Cable-Operated Electric Excavator): This machine is powered by a 200 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor, delivering 1140 Nm torque. Operating on a 380–415V, 600 Amp AC supply, it offers up to three times operating cost savings, zero emissions, and is ideal for demanding applications like mining, marble/granite operations, and restricted-range material handling.
SANY strengthens its commitment to mining electrification with the launch of the SY680EP 65-ton Electric Excavator and the SW956E Electric Loader. The segment also introduces the high-performance SW978K Pro Diesel Loader. This portfolio ensures maximum efficiency and uptime for large-scale operations with reduced emissions and lower ownership costs.
SANY will launch India’s first outdoor-ready 3-ton and 5-ton electric forklifts. Built for demanding outdoor logistics in ports, steel plants, and 3PL hubs, these forklifts feature IP67 protection, liquid-cooled systems, lithium-ion batteries, and zero-emission performance with significantly lower operating costs. Furthermore, SANY is entering the heavy-duty segment with fully electric trucks, designed for long-haul and industrial logistics, offering nearly 70% lower operating costs and ADAS-enabled safety.
The foundation segment introduces the versatile SR235 MIII multifunctional drilling rig, capable of rotary, CFA, cased, and low-headroom piling with a single machine, dramatically reducing mobilization time. The hoisting portfolio expands with the SRC400CR BS-V rough-terrain crane, engineered for superior lifting capacity and operational stability in industrial and infrastructure projects.
SANY debuts its best-in-class road machinery lineup: an 11-ton single drum roller, a 9-ton double drum roller, and a 9-tyre pneumatic roller. Designed for jerk-free operation, maximum compaction, and extended service life, this new range is set to enhance road-building efficiency and durability across varied project environments.
