In a unique Iftar satkar, social media content creators from different parts of India, Dubai and Bangalore joined together to develop strong network. Bangalore based startup STAN APP visualised Dawat e Iftar event and brought together different content creators.
“Our idea is to create a unity among the social media content creators. All who attended today’s Iftar party have millions of followers. They are from shayari, fun creators, fitness to social awareness creators. This is the first time we are having this idea. We are trying to have it as an annual feature and do it in a bigger scale” said Nauman Mulla, the co-founder and COO of STAN.
Mohannad Shahnoor Shah of well-known insta page mrshayer, who flew down from Dubai just to attend this party opined that “Iftar party in India, Bangalore in particular, is always different. This vibration is missing back in Dubai. The food, fondness of festival all are unique in Bangalore.”
Around 25 content creators of Instagram as well as YouTube attended the party. The Indian Arab, Arif Velentino, Younus Ahmed, Tahir, Mr.Task, Budget vlogger, Sabeer Virgo, Nauman, Abdul Shahid are a few to name.
“The party gave us an opportunity to exchange thoughts. While North Indian creators get over 10 million subscribers, creators from South lag for some strange reasons. We discussed the issues to boost followers”, said Yonus Ahmed of younusahmed_official page.
