Storyteller Chetan Bhagat Joins TwinCafe as Chief Creative Officer and Investor to Shape the Future of AI-Powered Human Interaction

Chetan Bhagat Joins TwinCafe as CCO and Investor to Drive AI Interaction - thisweekindia

BENGALURU, October 5, 2026 — TwinCafe, the AI Digital Twin platform developed by Viven AI, today announced that best-selling author and celebrated storyteller Chetan Bhagat has joined the company as Chief Creative Officer. Bhagat also joins as a partner and co-investor, backing the company’s vision with his own capital.

The strategic appointment comes during a period of rapid adoption for TwinCafe, which has seen strong early momentum across diverse professions and demographics since its launch in India. By bringing one of the country’s most prominent cultural voices into its leadership team, TwinCafe aims to redefine how individuals communicate, share expertise, and interact in the AI age.

India is rapidly asserting its position as a global technology powerhouse. According to the India AI Edge 2026 report published in May by Zinnov, OpenAI, and Z47, India stands as the world’s second-largest AI consumer market and ranks first globally in AI skill penetration.

However, high adoption has not automatically translated into deep, personalized access. Deloitte’s State of AI in the Enterprise: India Insights (March 2026) revealed that while 40% of Indian organizations report significant AI usage—surpassing the global average of 28%—high-level AI expertise within enterprises remains scarce, hovering between 0% and 4% compared to 2% to 8% globally.

TwinCafe was built to bridge this precise gap: moving beyond static data to make human knowledge contextual, interactive, and universally accessible.

“Every major technology shift has changed how we communicate. I believe AI Digital Twins could change how we interact with people and knowledge itself,” said Chetan Bhagat, Chief Creative Officer, Partner, and Co-investor at TwinCafe. “Instead of simply reading or following someone, people can now engage with their knowledge through personalized conversations. I wanted to be part of building that future, not simply watching it.”

While past technological eras expanded human reach, TwinCafe addresses one of the fundamental limits on human impact: time. By allowing creators, educators, and professionals to build Digital Twins that reflect their distinct voice, reasoning, and personality, the platform transforms one-to-many broadcasting into scalable, one-to-one interaction.

Through TwinCafe:

  • Educators can extend interactive learning well beyond the physical classroom.
  • Entrepreneurs can mentor aspiring founders asynchronously at scale.
  • Creators can offer their audience personalized conversational access to their work and thinking.

The momentum has exceeded our expectations, but we believe we are still at the very beginning,” said Ashutosh Garg, Founder and CEO of TwinCafe. “Technology makes Digital Twins possible, but making them meaningful to millions requires creativity, trust, and a deep understanding of human behavior. Chetan brings that vital perspective as we expand from India to the global stage.

Tarun Singhal, Senior Growth Leader and Brand Evangelist at TwinCafe, added: “The real opportunity in India lies in making AI deeply personal. Turning individual knowledge and personality into an interactive asset fulfills a massive, unmet demand.”
