BENGALURU, November 21, 2025 – Team Brijesh, backed by former India cricketer and renowned administrator Mr. Brijesh Patel, today officially launched its campaign—#ResultsSpeak—ahead of the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) elections, scheduled for December 07, 2025.
The campaign launch and manifesto release took place at a press conference held at The Chancery Pavilion Hotel, Bengaluru, and was led by Presidential candidate Mr. K.N. Shanth Kumar, a senior journalist and seasoned sports promoter.
Team Brijesh fields a strong and experienced slate of candidates, including: Presidential Candidate: Mr. K.N. Shanth Kumar, Vice-President Candidate: Mr. D. Vinod Sivappa, Secretary Candidate: Mr. E.S. Jairam, Treasurer Candidate: Mr. MS Vinay and Joint Secretary Candidate: Mr. BK Ravi.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Brijesh Patel set the contest’s objective: to protect Karnataka cricket, ensure continued BCCI affiliation, and guarantee uninterrupted participation for players in all BCCI tournaments, reinforcing a legacy of stability and proven administration.
Commitment to Transparency and Teamwork, Presidential candidate Mr. K.N. Shanth Kumar highlighted the team’s core philosophy. “We have spoken about what’s happened, and our results speak for themselves in transforming Karnataka cricket. Now, I stand before you as a candidate with a commitment to a transparent and inclusive administration,” he stated.
Emphasizing the importance of collective effort, Mr. Shanth Kumar added, “An organization like KSCA requires a lot of administration and a fair amount of leadership, because I firmly believe that whatever we achieve will all be done as a team. It is not some individual magic. As President, I only hope to be the first among equals, and to bring out the best in this team to take Karnataka cricket forward in every aspect.”

Competitive Cricket and Exposure: Creating job opportunities in cricket, promoting elite player tours, and providing international exposure for youth talent.
KSCA Academy and Zonal Centres: Strengthening the KSCA academy and empowering zonal centres to decentralise development.
Modernisation and Legacy: Creating a modernisation of the fan experience at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium and honouring the legends and legacy of Karnataka cricket.
Inclusive Sports: Promoting women’s sports and inclusive sports initiatives.
