Yuktha Pawar, disciple of renowned Kathak Dancer Smt. Simran Godhwani, Founder, Krshala Dance Theatre will be presenting her Kathak Rangpravesh on 10th April (SUNDAY) at Satya Sai Auditorium, Koramangala, Bangalore.
As a toddler, Yuktha loved dancing to her favourite songs and never missed a chance to dance on the stage with others. She could move her feet and hands to any kind of music, tune or rhythm. That is when her parents realized that she was a born and gifted dance.
Yuktha believes that a day without dance is a day wasted and that life is simply incomplete without dance. She aspires to spread Kathak across the world hoping to inspire others in continuing the age-old tradition of Kathak that she has been so generously gifted by her guru.
Yuktha is a UNESSO certified dancer. She has been exposed to many international performances. She has performed in international dance events at Prague, Bangkok, Dubai and Greece winning appreciation and accolades along with her team at Krshala. Apart from performing internationally, she has also given numerous performances in Bangalore and other places such as Nanded and Thiruvanamalai.
