In a decisive vote held today, Somasekhar Gandhi was elected as President, leading a newly formed executive team dedicated to representing the interests of the city’s media professionals.

Following the conclusion of the polling process, District Election Officer V. Nanjundappa formally announced the successful candidates. The leadership team for the upcoming term includes:

The race for the District Executive Committee saw significant engagement, with Ravikanth Kundapur securing the highest number of votes to claim the top spot, followed closely by Gandasi Sadananda Swamy in second place.
