The New Rorr EVO: Performance Meets Practicality The New Rorr EVO is engineered specifically for the modern commuter seeking a premium experience at an accessible price point. Featuring a bold streetfighter aesthetic, the motorcycle boasts a top speed of 110 km/h and an impressive IDC-certified range of 180 km.
The motorcycle is powered by Oben’s proprietary 9 kW motor and a 3.4 kWh LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery. This battery chemistry is specifically chosen for Indian climates, offering superior thermal stability, enhanced safety, and a longer lifecycle. A key technological highlight is the introduction of SmartIQ, an intelligent ride-optimization system that improves efficiency and can extend the riding range by up to 15%. Additionally, the Rorr EVO supports fast charging, reaching 80% battery capacity in just 90 minutes.
Beyond performance, the EVO focuses on rider comfort with a segment-leading long seat, 10-liter integrated storage, reverse mode, and connected vehicle technology for real-time safety alerts.
Pricing, Bookings, and Expansion To celebrate the launch, Oben Electric is offering the New Rorr EVO at a special introductory price of ₹99,999 (ex-showroom) for the first 10,000 customers. Once this limit is reached, the price will transition to ₹1,24,999. Bookings are now open for a nominal fee of ₹777, with nationwide deliveries scheduled to begin in June 2026.
Oben Electric continues to scale its physical presence rapidly. The company currently operates 10 showrooms in Karnataka and 150 showrooms across 18 states. Plans are underway to expand this network to 350 showrooms by the end of the year. The brand’s Bengaluru-based manufacturing facility currently holds an annual capacity of 100,000 units, with the infrastructure ready to scale up to 300,000 units to meet the surging demand for electric mobility.
