The Tumkur facility consolidates advanced research labs, testing infrastructure, digital engineering, and data analytics under one roof. By leveraging India’s robust engineering talent, the center will drive faster time-to-market and foster deeper collaboration with global customers.

Expanding its industrial footprint further, MANN+HUMMEL also announced plans to invest in a brand-new manufacturing facility in Pune, one of India’s fastest-growing industrial zones. This upcoming state-of-the-art site will feature a fully integrated manufacturing setup for advanced filtration solutions, serving new and existing clients across Passenger Cars, Heavy-Duty (On-Road and Off-Road), Manufacturing, and Industrial segments.

The combined investment for the Tumkur Global Technology & Innovation Center and the upcoming Pune facility is projected to exceed INR 100 crores, underscores the company’s long-term dedication to the Indian market. MANN+HUMMEL currently employs approximately 1,250 professionals across India and expects to create an additional 300 to 400 jobs over the next 12 months, significantly boosting the local workforce.
