The award was presented by Indian Actress , Priyanka Upendra along with Dr. K. Prabakar, Vice President , Universal Development Council at the awards ceremony held at Bharat Scouts & Guides HQ Office Bengaluru today . Incidentally Priyanka Upendra was also conferred with Honorary Doctorate.
